DJ Dro entertainment has provided music/entertainment at company dinner dances. These can be really fun events where guest are often formally dressed and in a festive mood ready to celebrate!
During the cocktail hour, we often provide a variety of quite jazz or holiday music. The light, yet lively music often continues through the meal.
Following the meal, we are often requested to provide a wireless microphone for after dinner speeches. At this time, prizes and/or awards are sometimes announced. During this distribution of door prizes, we often can also provide optional “bumper” music while the recipient walks to the podium. These song selections are short segments of popular tunes that audience members enjoy with a laugh!
During the dancing portion of our entertainment, we include a wide variety of music for all ages and nationalities to enjoy. Special attention is given to song request from the guests. At many dinner dances, we also make a special effort (when appropriate) to include a limited number of line dances. The great advantages of line dancing is that the guest does not need a partner, may have two left feet, and can still have fun on the dance floor.
Our modern equipment is always kept as out of sight as possible with the use of wireless technology, facades, and effective cable and equipment management protocols. Whether it’s just one microphone and a spotlight for an auction, or eight microphones and a multi-directional sound system with feedback suppression for that important conference, we have you covered!
